Yes. Every charter includes a professional local captain. The larger yachts also include a deckhand, and an onboard stewardess can be added to Cielo or Sol.
A jet ski can be requested for Cielo and Sol, subject to the boat, date, route and local operating conditions. We confirm the exact setup in your quote.
No. We agree a useful outline, then your captain adjusts for wind, water and crowds. The aim is the best day available, not a rigid timetable.
Captain, the standard crew shown for your boat, fuel for the agreed route, water, soft drinks, towels, snorkel sets and float mats. Dock fees, catering and optional extras are itemised before you confirm.
Most departures are from the Cancún marina area. Your confirmation includes the exact marina, meeting point and arrival time for your selected boat.
